Our College is recognized for the admission of a unit of 100 students out of which 85 students are sponsored by C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur through common entrance test at state level followed by centralized counseling and 15% students are admitted by the management under N.R.I. quota on merit basis for which applications are invited through advertisement published in local leading news paper.

The college is observing reservation policy of Central/ State Govt. in admission. Admission form along with Scholarship Form (as prescribed by State Govt.), Computer Literacy Programme (C.L.P.) form and syllabus are supplied from office counter at the cost of Rs. 500/- The student is required to submit following documents:-

1)  Eight(8) Passport size photo is one each for admission form, identity card and two each for scholarship form, CLP form and Library form.
2)  Original counseling letter.
3)  Original Income certificate along with two Photostat copies.
4)  Certified Photostat copies of all educational certificates/ Marksheets.
5)  Original T C / Migration Certificate.
6)  Original Caste Certificate, Character Certificate from previous college and Medical Certificate to be issued by C.M.O/ C.M.S.

The students is required to appear before admission committee consisting of following members along with all above document :-
1)     Dr. U. B. Singh Chauhan
2)     Dr. Pranav Kumar Verma
3)     Shri Sheo Sharan Verma

Note : The Principal of the college is the final authority for admission. The college has a right to reject any admission with cogent reasons and after admission is granted by the admission committee, the student is required to deposit the required documents and fees. The office would issue the receipt as a evidence for having deposited fees and also for having been admitted in the college.

Fee structure is to be decided by the Fee Fixation Committee Pending that, the college has decided the charge Rs. 46,000/-for the session 2007-08 as per following bi-frication :- The fee can be deposited in 2/3 installments as per convenience. The fee to be charged from the students belonging SC/ST category, shall be as per Govt. guidelines.
There is a provision for the 100% refund of fees in the situation where a student gets his admission transferred from our college to any other college but through C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur only being a sponsoring University.
